A full gut renovation of an Art Deco mansion above the bay of Antibes. The house was stripped back and rebuilt around its original geometry — curved walls, the stained-glass oculus, the stone fireplace — then given a contemporary discipline: pale limestone floors, hand-plastered walls, and lighting placed to follow the movement of the sun. Outside, we reshape the garden and the terraces, and redraw the terraces, pool and garden steps as one continuous sequence, from the pine-shaded sea view down to the water.
