    Fred visits prospective properties alongside the client and broker, evaluating each space for proportion, light, structural potential, and renovation feasibility. Once a space is selected, FRED advises on and negotiates the work letter with the building.

  • Consultations — 2 Hours, 1 Day or 1 Week

    Focused advisory sessions scaled to the question at hand: a two-hour plan review, a full-day design overview, or an intensive week-long space reshuffling.

  • Architectural Consulting & Space Diagnosis

    A structured evaluation of an existing or proposed space — identifying structural, proportional, material, and functional challenges and opportunities.

  • Feasibility Review for Luxury Renovations

    Assessment of a proposed renovation scope against regulatory, structural, and timeline realities in the relevant jurisdiction (NYC or France).

    Design and commission of bespoke furniture, lighting, and decorative objects through a curated network of European and American makers.

  • Contractor & Artisan Coordination

    FRED leads all contractor negotiations, scope agreements, and delivery accountability — the studio's most distinctive service differentiator.

  • Partner Sourcing, Quote Analysis & Purchase Order Support

    Identification and vetting of the right partners, followed by detailed quote and cost analysis, negotiation, contract review, and hands-on support through purchase orders — so pricing is transparent and procurement stays aligned with the design intent.

  • Material & Finish Specification

    Complete specification of all surfaces, finishes, fixtures, hardware, and applied materials with sourcing from preferred suppliers and new market introductions.

Tier 3 — White Glove & Legacy

The Atelier at Its Fullest Expression

The studio's highest engagement level — reserved for clients building something that will exist for decades and must be delivered without the client managing a single detail.

Best for clients who require turnkey delivery across one or more properties.

  • Turnkey Property Delivery

    The client receives a finished, styled, furnished, and functional space. FRED manages every contractor, supplier, installation, and decision within the agreed design framework.

  • Ongoing Property Management & Design Retainer

    Continued relationship post-delivery: seasonal updates, maintenance coordination, design decisions for new acquisitions, and priority access to the studio.

  • International Project Coordination

    Full project management across multiple jurisdictions — NYC, Paris, and the client's third location. Includes regulatory navigation, local contractor vetting, and on-site supervision in each market.
