Site evaluations prior to space selection, client advocacy with the investor, design direction, construction technical drawings, procurement, negotiation and coordination with specialists, administration and the construction team over a five-month execution period.

Alexia Duchêne is a rising French chef whose cooking bridges Parisian training and New York energy. After working alongside some of France's most respected kitchens, she opened Le Chêne in New York as her first New York restaurant — a personal, ingredient-driven expression of contemporary French cuisine.
